These terms apply when you use aquaverterbarriers.com, send us a request, or receive text messages from Solutions Aquaverter inc. (“Aquaverter”, “we”). By using the site or our text messages, you agree to them.

Text message program

• Program: Aquaverter lead follow-up. We text you about the request you sent: a few quick questions about your property, and messages to schedule your free assessment.
• How you join: by checking the text message box on our form. It is optional. You can get a quote without it.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: Reply STOP at any time. You get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more after that.
• For help: reply HELP, or call 438-801-8819.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We never share or sell your mobile number or your consent for marketing purposes. Details in our Privacy Policy.

Quotes and assessments

The assessment is free and without obligation. Prices on this site are estimates for standard installations. Your exact price is the one in the written quote Paul gives you after seeing your property. Work only starts once you sign that quote, and the signed quote sets the terms for the work.

Information on this site

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but it is general information, not advice for your specific property. Flood risk depends on your property. Paul’s assessment is what tells you what your home needs.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Aquaverter is not responsible for losses caused by using this site or its information. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.

Law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada that apply there.
